Learning to weave

I don’t know how long I’ve been intrigued by weaving but I noticed that I examine a lot of textiles trying to figure out how they were made.

In spring 2010 I purchased a Schacht Flip loom and a few cones of cotton yarn.  I spent the summer playing around with the loom enough to know that my interest in weaving was real.

I joined the Vermont Weavers Guild in October 2010, still just using the table loom and then in November 2010 I began taking lessons where I could learn to weave on floor looms.
